SERIES FEES & RULES
Authors will be assigned to a specific holiday on a first come, first served basis. Then the authors will choose their release day for their holiday, again based on the order they signed up and were chosen IPBS will contact all.

- All Genres Welcome
- Word Count: 10k minimum. No max.
- Stories must end on their chosen "Day"
- Each holiday will be release based on a 4, 5 or 7 day book tour blitz, but for Christmas it will either be 12 or 25 days (It's still up in the air, depending on how many authors sign up).
- Authors will have to choose 3 different holidays and will be chosen in order on a first come, first serve basis.
- An invoice will be sent out within 24 hours with payment option.
- The Covers above will serve as the theme to each holiday and will be branded in a similar fashion by Rachel from INDIE/pendent Book Services.

- I understand that the $25.00 fee is to cover the cost of the e-book cover art, which must be done by the designer specified by Indie/pendent Book Services and is required up-front in order to be included in this series, as well as a blog blitz/tour hosted by Silver Dagger Book Tours (subject to change per IPBS discretion). Additional $10.00 for basic, solid color paperback wrap add-on. ALL FEES WILL BE INVOICED! Please contact us here or reach out on Facebook.
- Furthermore, I understand that I am not required to utilize any other services by Indie/pendent Book Services but could receive discounted services if I so choose to utilize them.
- I acknowledge that no refund will be provided at any point in time for any reason.
- I agree to the following publishing terms: I am solely responsible for publishing my work related to this series. In signing this contract, I agree to leave this work published. There is no expiration to this series, and this work will remain published as a direct link to this series. I agree to publish within the time frame allotted. If for any reason I cannot do this, I will communicate with Indie/pendent Book Services to re-schedule. If I am unable to fulfill my obligation under this contract, I will communicate with Indie/pendent Book Services to withdraw my position within the series. I understand that withdrawing from this contract will not result in a refund of the above-stated fee. I understand that I may re-join this series after withdrawal if I so choose under certain terms agreed upon by Indie/pendent Book Services.
- I agree to participate in promoting and marketing but understand that INDIE/pendent Book Services is not a PA services, they only do basic marketing through posting on Facebook, Twitter and Instagram.
- I agree to communicate with Indie/pendent Book Services on all terms and will participate in the “Holiday Minis” Facebook Group and/or Group Chat (subject to change).
