Series Requirements
THIS IS A VERY STRUCTURED SHARED WORLD SERIES.
Participation Fee:
If you need an Editor, IPBS can recommend one to you.
Publishing shall be on July 13, 2023 in celebration of International Day of Rock-N-Roll. Only one book per author.
We ask that the contract be signed within 24-48 hours of joining the group. If you need time for the fee, we are willing to consider requests on an individual basis. Please contact us to discuss options.
You are responsible for publishing your book on the 13th of July, 2023. You retain all rights and royalties to your book. Our participation contract can be found on the website.
This series has no end date like anthologies do, so you would leave the book up indefinitely. The participation fee covers your entry fee and book cover that will be created by our designated designer.
We will not be asking for part of your royalties or rights, you retain them ALL. Just make sure that you or your publisher has the book up and available on the publishing date, as previously stated. Pre-orders ARE allowed. There are no limitations to how soon you put the book up for pre-order.

NOTE: You will need to communicate with the other participating authors regarding their selected character regarding what is allowable in your story. Communication is key for this series!

- Minimum word count: 20k (no max)
- Cover design will be provided by IPBS (Non-Negotiable)
- Cover designs have already been created. You must be willing to accept design as-is.
- Links must be provided for IPBS website and social media
- Age group: 18+
- New work, not previously published
- Must publish to Amazon. Must be willing to take the necessary steps to link book to Amazon on series. (Instructions will be provided.)
- Must be willing and able to participate in an party on July 13, 2023. Party will be all day, but you only need to be available for your designated time slot (or have posts scheduled).
- Must be willing to work alongside the other participating authors in a shared world concept.
Participation Fee:
- $20 – participation and e-book
- $30 – participation, e-book and paperback
- $40 – participation, e-book and blog tour
- $50 – participation, ebook, paperback and blog tour

Your story must:
- be about your specific rock guy. All guys are part of the same band. Each book is based around them.
- follow all character guidelines. Each author will be required to provide a basic bio of their selected character as soon as it’s available so that all other participating authors have accurate details for their stories.
- NOT include any life changing details for any of the other bandmates that could affect another participating author’s ability to create their character the way they choose (IE: stating other bandmate knocked up a girl).
