Payments
Additional Charges
Some things may fall outside of the scope of a project in our package pricing. These are case-by-case and will be discussed prior to final invoice
Cancellation
Projects that are canceled at least 30 days prior to the start date may be rescheduled at the end of our queue. Cancellations made less than 30 days from the project start date result in full loss of deposit and may be rescheduled only with payment of another deposit.
Refunds
Due to the custom nature of our work, Rachel A Olson-Pruneda, and/or Kristen Collins, all of which are individual Freelancers operating equally under INDIE/pendent Book Services do not issue refunds for any reason. Please note our cancellation policy (above) for information about canceling your project.
Rush Jobs
Rush jobs will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Additional fees may apply and will be disclosed up front.
Payments
- Payments are accepted via Paypal ONLY to be.indiependent@gmail.com
- You will be sent an invoice from INDIE/pendent Book Services
- You do NOT need to have a Paypal account in order to make a payment. There is an option on the invoice to pay via credit card, debit card, or electronic check.
- A 50% non-refundable deposit is required before we begin on a project. We do not issue refunds for fees paid in advance. Once a payment or deposit is made, it is non-refundable. All Setup fees are nonrefundable as it is applied to costs immediately incurred in initiating services. If a project is cancelled or postponed, all monies paid are retained by Rachel A Olson-Pruneda, and/or Kristen Collins, all of which are individual Freelancers operating equally under INDIE/pendent Book Services, and if applicable, a fee for all work completed beyond what was already paid for shall be paid by the client.
- The remaining balance will be invoiced upon completion of the job
- Additional charges will be discussed and agreed upon before the final invoice is sent (more on this topic below)
- Additional charges will be applied if any pictures or add-on services are needed through
- Original files will not be emailed until the full balance has been paid. All PSD files remain the property of Rachel A Olson-Pruneda, and/or Kristen Collins, all of which are individual Freelancers operating equally under INDIE/pendent Book Services
- Client has 10 days to make their final payment or a $20 late fee will be applied for every week that the client is late after that time
